Partner with the FDIC - Money Smart Week - Coordinated by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and its Money Smart partners, Money Smart Week is designed to educate consumers about money management and create awareness of financial education programs on a wide range of topics such as budgeting, saving and using credit wisely.
The educational activities will be carried out by more than 200 local communities groups, businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations.
Each year during Money Smart Week the Economic Awareness Council and ABC Bank host an event that helps students learn how to manage money wisely. This event is one of more than 450 free classes, seminars and activities promoting financial education that will take place during Money Smart Week Chicago.
Additional information and a calendar of events for Money Smart Week will be available early 2013.
ABC Bank is also committed to having quarterly financial education seminars each year to continue the financial literacy in our communities.
