**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

The FDIC's basic insurance limit has been temporarily raised from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor.  This enhancement will be in effect through December 31, 2013.

ABC Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all non interest-bearing transaction (checking) accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

What services do you offer with online banking?
Our online banking system lets you view your account information, transfer funds between ABC Bank accounts, pay bills, request stop payments, and order checks. You can download your account information for use with financial management software. You can log on from your home, office, or anywhere you have Internet access.
How much does it cost?
Our online banking services are free with one exception. There is a $5 service charge for entering a stop payment request.
What are the system requirements?
Accessing online banking requires a secure browser and Internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Internet Explorer.
How do I sign up?
You can apply in person or online for personal accounts. After we receive your application, we will mail you two letters, one with your access ID and the other with your temporary password. With this information you can log on to our online banking system. When you first sign on, you will be prompted to change the password. We suggest you change the access ID as well.
What if I forget my password?
By clicking on the "forgot my password" button, you'll be prompted to answer the security question you chose previously. Answer correctly and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you. If you make three consecutive unsuccessful logon attempts, your online access will be suspended. Contact a personal banker if this happens.
How do I know if my online banking session is encrypted?
Your banking session is encrypted when a closed lock appears in the lower left corner of Netscape Navigator's window or the lower right side of Microsoft® Internet Explorer's window. When not in a secure session, Netscape's lock appears unlocked and Microsoft's lock is not visible.
What can I do to make online banking more secure?
• Do not include any personal or easily identifiable information in your password
• Memorize your Access ID and password-don't write them down
• Don't ever tell anyone, including an ABC Bank employee, your password
• If you think the security of your password has been compromised, change it immediately
• Never walk away from your computer with your account information on the screen
• Close out the banking session as soon as you finish your banking activities
Can I pay my bills online?
Paying bills online requires that you designate your bill payment checking account during the enrollment process. Once enrolled, you can enter payee and payment information to schedule payments, set up recurring payments, or make payments immediately.
What if I have a dispute about my account or bill payment?
Notify us immediately in person, by mail, or call any of our locations during business hours and ask to speak with a personal banker.
